A rapidly growing, premier real estate and community management organization is seeking a dynamic, strategic Executive Vice President to lead overall business operations and resident experience for its largest portfolio in San Antonio, TX
. Reporting directly to the President of Operations, this executive will serve as a key change agent and culture champion, driving operational excellence, client retention, team development, and systems integration across approximately 200 single-family communities. This is an exceptional opportunity for a polished, results-driven industry leader who excels at balancing high-level strategic growth with hands-on operational execution. - Compensation & Benefits: $175,000–$225,000 per year (with target flexibility for exceptional candidates) + fixed 15% annual bonus, Comprehensive package including medical, dental, and vision (eligible on the 1st of the month following 30 days), 401(k) matching, wellness programs, paid parental leave, training assistance, and PTO.

Located on-site at the regional headquarters in San Antonio, TX.
- Oversee all community operations, customer-facing functions, and deliverables to ensure best-in-class resident experience and operational consistency across a large-scale portfolio.
- Partner closely with corporate executive leadership to drive client retention strategies, launch revenue-generating initiatives, and support aggressive organic and acquisition growth.
- Spearhead internal change management and corporate systems integration across operational, technical, and shared services platforms.
- Drive performance and accountability across the division through key operational metrics, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and annual budget/forecasting alignment.
- Build, mentor, and elevate a high-performing team of management professionals, fostering an empowered culture focused on leadership development, performance management, and talent acquisition.
- Collaborate directly with executive accounting leadership to ensure seamless delivery of community financial services and internal regulatory compliance.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, board members, vendors, and industry association partners.
- 5+ years of large-scale portfolio management experience in community association management.
- 10+ years of progressive senior executive leadership experience overseeing multi-site operations and cross-functional teams.
- Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent executive industry experience.
- Proven track record leading organizational change management, team restructuring, and systems integration under private equity or high-growth environments.
- Distinct blend of executive presence, sharp financial acumen, high emotional intelligence, and a growth-oriented, "builder" mindset.
