Restoration 1 of Texas Hill Country is looking for a driven and experienced Mitigation Manager to lead our restoration team in San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage all mitigation projects from initial assessment through completion, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Coordinate and supervise field technicians on water, fire, smoke, and mold remediation jobs
- Conduct on-site inspections and damage assessments to develop accurate scopes of work
- Communicate directly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and third-party administrators throughout the restoration process
- Ensure all projects comply with IICRC standards, safety protocols, and industry best practices
- Manage job documentation, moisture logs, photo documentation, and project reporting
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to maximize profitability
- Support business development efforts by building relationships with insurance agents and property managers
- 3+ years of experience in water/fire/mold mitigation or property damage restoration
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, or similar) strongly preferred
- Proven leadership experience managing field crews and restoration projects
- Strong knowledge of insurance claims processes and working with adjusters
- Proficiency with restoration project management software (Xactimate, Dash, or similar)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to be on-call and respond to emergency situations as needed

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $86,800.00 per year
