Xsolla seeks a Head of Fund Operations to stand up and run the operating machinery of the Xsolla Credit Fund. You will design the fund's operating playbook, manage capital calls, NAV, and LP onboarding from day one, and mentor junior operations hires as the fund scales.
Reporting to the Chief Credit Officer, you will coordinate with counsel, fund administrators, auditors, and Xsolla finance to ensure institutional standards, governance, and diligence readiness from formation through first close.
