The Standard is seeking a Regional Client Manager within the Employee Benefits team in the Northern CA area. You will manage employer groups (100–499 lives), guiding LOA, FMLA, STD, LTD, Life, and voluntary benefits. You will lead enrollment, renewals, and coordinated client meetings with sales and brokers to deliver top-notch service.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in employee benefits, a Life and Disability license, and strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Travel is required.
