What the role actually is
Agility is hiring a senior editorial and content leader to shape how the company explains humanoid robots to buyers, workers, investors, and the broader public. The role owns the editorial strategy and publishing operation behind Agility's category narrative.
This is not a generic social-content job. The work is about making deployed humanoid robotics understandable and credible while leading content strategists, storytellers, social specialists, and creative partners.
What you would work on- Define Agility's editorial strategy around humanoid robotics and physical labor
- Build a publishing operation across owned channels, social, campaigns, and thought leadership
- Turn technical progress and deployment lessons into clear stories for different audiences
- Lead and coordinate content, social, and creative contributors around a consistent point of view
- Senior editorial, content, or media leadership experience in a category-shaping company or publication
- Ability to explain complex technology without relying on hype
- Experience building content operations, audience strategy, and repeatable publishing systems
- Strong judgment for robotics, automation, labor, or similarly complex technical markets
Humanoid robotics has a trust problem as much as a technology problem. Agility is already deploying robots, so this role has a chance to move the conversation from spectacle toward what works, what still needs proof, and how customers should think about adoption.
