VP, Delivery

Bounteous is a global AI Services firm where agentic engineering and human experience converge to deliver transformative business outcomes for the enterprise. We help organizations design, build, and scale AI-driven products, platforms, and processes. With more than 5,000 team members worldwide, Bounteous delivers AI that sticks, powering adoption and outcomes that move organizations from experimentation to true transformation. Bounteous is backed by New Mountain Capital, a New York-based growth-oriented investment firm that emphasizes business building.

Currently, Bounteous is searching for a Vice President of Digital Delivery to add to our fast-growing team. Successful candidates bring significant experience leading digital delivery organizations across complex product, platform, and transformation programs, and are equally comfortable setting delivery strategy and stepping into a program that needs help.

You’ll be responsible for the health, quality, and economics of a portfolio of digital work delivered for some of the world’s most recognized consumer brands — spanning loyalty and CRM, commerce and omni-channel experiences, customer data and analytics, product engineering, and a growing portfolio of AI-enabled capabilities.

This is a technical leadership role, not a program administration role. The right candidate holds a credible technical point of view in solution, sequencing, and estimation conversations, can challenge an approach that will not survive contact with production, and owns the engineering-adjacent risks that determine whether a program lands.

You will operate as a player coach — leading the delivery organization while staying close enough to the work to be a genuine partner to your teams, your clients, and your peers in a global delivery model that spans North America and India.
