We prioritize proper machine setup, safe commissioning of new programs, and disciplined machining practices to prevent costly errors and downtime.

Your Responsibilities
CNC Operations & Production
  • Operate CNC mills, lathes, and multitasking machines producing aluminum and steel components
  • Perform accurate machine setups and first‑article verification
  • Execute production runs while maintaining tight tolerances and quality standards
Quality & Safety Focus
  • Follow safe machining practices to prevent crashes and equipment damage
  • Conduct in‑process inspections using precision measurement tools
  • Verify parts, fixtures, tooling, and samples
Material Handling & Workflow Support
  • Perform parts washing, packaging, labeling, and staging
  • Communicate production status with downstream departments
  • Maintain workflow efficiency and on‑time part delivery
Equipment Maintenance
  • Perform daily preventive maintenance and machine cleaning
  • Monitor tooling wear and equipment condition
  • Operate efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment
  • Adjust to changing priorities while maintaining quality and throughput
Required Qualifications
Experience
  • ✔ 4+ years CNC machining experience and/or formal technical training
Machine Experience (One or More Required)
  • Mori Seiki NT3200 or NT Series Multitasking Mill‑Turn Machines
  • Mori Seiki 3000, 4000, or 5000 Series
  • Toyoda FA400 or FH450 Horizontal Machining Centers with FMS pallet pools
Experience with the following is also highly valued:
  • ✔ Extensive experience with Fanuc controls
Technical Skill Requirements
  • On‑machine program editing and conversational programming
  • Blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation
  • Precision measurement and inspection techniques
  • Offline programming experience with PTC Creo Pro/NC or Esprit (preferred, not required)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

Manufacturing environment with moving machinery
