We prioritize proper machine setup, safe commissioning of new programs, and disciplined machining practices to prevent costly errors and downtime.
Your ResponsibilitiesCNC Operations & Production
- Operate CNC mills, lathes, and multitasking machines producing aluminum and steel components
- Perform accurate machine setups and first‑article verification
- Execute production runs while maintaining tight tolerances and quality standards
- Follow safe machining practices to prevent crashes and equipment damage
- Conduct in‑process inspections using precision measurement tools
- Verify parts, fixtures, tooling, and samples
- Perform parts washing, packaging, labeling, and staging
- Communicate production status with downstream departments
- Maintain workflow efficiency and on‑time part delivery
- Perform daily preventive maintenance and machine cleaning
- Monitor tooling wear and equipment condition
- Operate efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment
- Adjust to changing priorities while maintaining quality and throughput
Experience
- ✔ 4+ years CNC machining experience and/or formal technical training
- Mori Seiki NT3200 or NT Series Multitasking Mill‑Turn Machines
- Mori Seiki 3000, 4000, or 5000 Series
- Toyoda FA400 or FH450 Horizontal Machining Centers with FMS pallet pools
- ✔ Extensive experience with Fanuc controls
- On‑machine program editing and conversational programming
- Blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation
- Precision measurement and inspection techniques
- Offline programming experience with PTC Creo Pro/NC or Esprit (preferred, not required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

Ability to stand and move throughout the production floor
Lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally

Ability to work in a non‑climate‑controlled shop environment
Manufacturing environment with moving machinery
