Job Description:
The CNC Machinist will work on 3-axis Mills and 2-axis machinery. Training will be provided for a 9-axis automated Mill and Lathe. The role requires proficiency with manual drills, power tools, blueprint reading, and the use of measurement tools.
- Operate and set up CNC machines, including 3-axis Mills and 2-axis machinery.
- Train on and operate a 9-axis automated Mill and Lathe.
- Utilize manual drills and power tools efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Use measurement tools such as calipers and tape measures to ensure precision.
- At least one year of experience operating and setting up CNC machines, including HAAS, Fanuc, or Mayzak.
- Proficiency in using calipers and tape measures.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Work EnvironmentWork in an indoor, climate‑controlled machine shop. The position is a second shift role with little to no overtime required.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr.
