Production Manager

About the Opportunity:

You will report directly to the Site Operations Manager, overseeing 3 shifts with dedicated Team Leads. • Oversee and manage the full production flow of aircraft, coordinating efforts across multiple shifts.

• Lead and motivate teams across 1st, 2nd, and weekend shifts while maintaining high standards of performance and safety.

• Plan and prepare for incoming aircraft to ensure efficient and streamlined operations.

• Utilize Excel, Project, Outlook, and other computer systems to optimize production processes.

• Communicate effectively with customers while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor.

• Proven experience managing production processes, preferably within the aviation industry.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, and Outlook.

• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams across multiple shifts.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong planning and strategic skills for incoming production tasks.
