Responsibilities- Efficiently operate assigned machines with minimal rejects and machine downtime.
- Inspect parts according to required specifications.
- Maintain machine cleanliness, fluids, filters, material, and tooling.
- Install and adjust cutting tools and work holding components.
- Use root cause analysis to solve common machine problems.
- Must be able to spend first 3-6 months on 1st shift for training (Mon-Fri, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm)
- Must be able to spend majority of first 3 years on 2nd shift after initial training (Mon-Fri, 3:00 pm - 12:00 am)
- 2nd shift includes an extra $2.50/hour (on top of base pay)
