• Assemble components using hand tools and documented work instructions
• Perform quality inspections to ensure precision and performance standards
• Meet daily production targets through teamwork and accountability
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused workstation
• Support continuous improvement and workflow efficiency

• ✔ 18+ years old
• ✔ 6+ months manufacturing or assembly experience strongly preferred
• ✔ Strong work ethic and consistent attendance history
• ✔ Detail‑oriented with basic computer skills
• ✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• ✔ Reliable transportation and punctuality
