The Assembly Team Member is responsible for assembling components and systems according to established work instructions and quality standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring JCB products are built safely, accurately, and efficiently.

• Assemble components and sub‑assemblies according to standardized work instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, and fixtures safely and correctly
• Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards
• Work collaboratively with team members and team leads

• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (entry‑level opportunities available)
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with precision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
