Punch Wire Machine Operator

We’re hiring a Punch Wire Operator to run binding equipment and ensure finished products meet quality standards every time. If you’re someone who stays focused, works efficiently, and catches the small details others might miss, we want to hear from you!

• Setting up and operating punch and binding machines for Wire-O or spiral products
• Preparing and aligning materials for accurate punching and binding
• Adjusting machine settings such as hole spacing, wire size, and tension
• Inspecting finished products for quality issues like misalignment or loose binding
• Troubleshooting minor machine issues and performing routine cleaning and maintenance
• Tracking production counts, material usage, and job details accurately

• Previous machine operating experience (binding or punch equipment preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to make basic adjustments or troubleshoot equipment
• Ability to read and follow production orders and specifications
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Must pass background check and drug test

• 7 AM - 3:30 PM
• Overtime as needed

• $16-$17 per hour
