Tool and Die Operator​/Machinist

Immediately hiring a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tool and Die Operator/Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The position is located on the southside of San Antonio.

Pay is up to $19/hr based on experience.

Shift is Mon-Fri 10am-6:30pm (overtime as needed).

Tool and Die Operator $16-$17/hr. 12‑hour shifts.

• Able to replace/rework if any tool elements are found worn out, broken, chipped, etc.
• Responsible for solving tooling issues if any found during running the mold.
• Be able to train junior operators in assembly techniques (Grinding techniques, advanced inspection techniques etc.,)
• Responsible for receiving new mold’s & conducting incoming inspection.
• Handling of measuring instruments like micrometer, vernier caliper.
• Inspection the tool elements in height gauge/master.
• Responsible for changing the mold tool in molding.
• Estimate the work as per plan and deliver the job 100% on time every time.
• Prepare the machining sketch for grinding operators.
• Assemble tool and ensure all shot‑offs are perfectly matched.
• Conducts and monitors 5S activities.

• High school diploma or ED preferred.
• Must have experience in mold assembly.
• Seeking at least 2 years in tooling industry.
