Leviat, a CRH company, is a global leader in lifting, insulating, and connecting technology for the construction industry. Leviat is seeking a Laser Operator to maintain and operate our laser cutting tables. Candidates must have a strong understanding of the machines they work with and may require in‑depth training for daily duties. Operators may work with mechanical or computer‑operated equipment, must be technically inclined, able to utilize tools and machinery, detail‑oriented, and willing to learn.

This position works closely with all levels of management and employees to ensure safety and promote our safety culture.

• Operate machinery and equipment, inspect, and prepare parts for shipment per SOP/VOP.
• Notify supervisor of non-conforming products or problems with machine, materials, etc.
• Communicate production issues with the next shift operator.
• Follow specific processes and procedures as outlined in SOP/VOP.
• Assist other operators in setting up machines and other necessary tasks to meet deadlines and complete product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED, preferred
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
• At least 1 year of laser operator experience
• Previous crane experience
• Training in general safety, electrostatic discharge awareness, foreign object damage awareness, and quality system awareness
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• This position may require various physical activities, including but not limited to walking, standing, bending, stretching, and using hands and fingers to grasp, push, and lift items
