Pipe​/Tank Finisher - Night Shift

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Operates Finishing equipment

* Use measuring equipment

* Must be a certified forklift operator

* Use Saws and Hand tools

* Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition

* Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision

* Utilize safe work habits

* Wear appropriate PPE

* Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines and procedures

* Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures

* Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures

* Other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Ability to read pressure gauges

* Ability to work overtime and shift work as required

* Ability to read labels on pipe along with specs on paper

* Good vision required for safe operation of forklift

* Standing up to 12 hours daily

* Walking up to 12 hours daily

* Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily

* Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily

* Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. Regularly

* Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily

* Assist where and when needed as required

* Utilize recommended safe work habits and make use of all safety equipment provided

* Assist with OJT (On Job Training) employees as needed

* Travel less than 10%

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

* High School diploma or equivalent

* Three years of verifiable work history

* Ability to read, write and speak English preferred
