Our client is seeking a hands-on Plant Operations Manager to lead day-to-day HVAC manufacturing execution. The position reports directly to the site leader and plays a critical role in driving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development performance.
Your Role- Full responsibility for multiple shift manufacturing operations
- Lead a large production team (fabrication and assembly)
- Lean Transformation
- Delivers performance improvement with breakthrough mentality
- Worldclass business system foundation
- Mobile, high potential, ready for site leadership
- 5-10 years progressive industrial manufacturing roles
- Lean implementation (daily management, standard work, problem-solving)
- Willingness to relocate and grow within the organization
