Job Responsibilities
- Plan and setup Tornos and Gildemeister six-spindle machines
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality
- Provide training and guidance to junior level personnel
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Skilled in the use of precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers).
- Strong knowledge of machining principles.
- Experience operating and setting up. (Tornos & Gildemeister preferred)
- Familiarity with creating and interpreting job layouts, with a focus on part accuracy and efficiency.
