Work schedule

Full-Time | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
The Forklift Operator handles material movement, inventory tracking, and shipping logistics within the facility. This role balances industrial equipment operation with manual material handling and general warehouse labor to support daily production and distribution workflows.
Job SpecificationsKey Responsibilities
Material Handling
:
Safely and efficiently move raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility using a forklift and manual or electric pallet jacks.Logistics Support
:
Execute the loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing shipping containers.Palletization
:
Securely stack, wrap, and palletize products according to facility standards to prepare them for storage or transit.Inventory Control
:
Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory verification to maintain high levels of data accuracy.Light Assembly
:
Assist with basic, light mechanical assembly tasks and product configurations as needed by the production team.General Labor
:
Perform general warehouse upkeep, cleanup, and other labor duties assigned by facility management to ensure a safe, efficient work environment.
Must Have Skills / Requirements
Equipment Operation
:
Proven experience operating industrial forklifts and standard pallet jacks safely.Warehouse Foundations
:
Prior experience handling container loading/unloading, inventory counting, and bulk material organization.Attention to Detail
:
Ability to accurately maintain counts during inventory processes and strictly follow safety guidelines.Physical Capability
:
Willingness and ability to perform repetitive lifting, manual labor, and stand or operate equipment for the duration of the shift.

Experience

Forklift operation and general warehouse experience required.Education

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
