Fast growing residential/commercial cabinet manufacturer looking for experienced Production Technician with Edge bander experience to work on our full-time shift. This position is full time at 40 hours.

• Machinery operation (CNC, sliding table saw, edge bander, various types of boring machines, chop saws, pneumatic nailers and other shop tools associated with panel processing).
• Shop clean-up and organization.
• Shop inventory.
• Read and produce parts according to shop drawings.
• Safe forklift operation.
• Anything else that is asked of you in order to produce a quality product in the most efficient and safest way possible.

• Honest and hardworking individual who wants to succeed professionally and in life.
• Able to be trusted to work unsupervised.
• Accountable for meeting work deadlines.
• 5 days maximum absences annually and will be confirmed by references.
• Must believe in teamwork.
• Must know how to read a tape measure and be familiar with metric measurements and the 32mm system.
• Able to work well with others and to productively work through conflict.
• Must have good English communication skills.
• We prefer experience working with melamine and some laminates.
• Some experience in manufacturing counter top or custom work is a major plus.
