Job DescriptionSupports day-to-day production operations activities, including monitoring, reporting, and basic troubleshooting. Progression from entry-level to lead involves increasing responsibility for process execution and mentoring.
What You Will Be Doing- Support day‑today production and warehouse operations during overnight shifts.
- Monitor production workflows and report on operational activity.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of standard production issues following established procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and electric pallet jacks.
- Assist with material movement, order fulfillment, and general warehouse duties.
- Follow safety guidelines, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Communicate issues or delays to supervisors as needed.
- Support continuous improvement through reliable execution of assigned tasks.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday
- 2+ years of warehouse experience required.
- Experience operating forklifts, order pickers, and electric pallet jacks.
- Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work overnight shifts on a consistent schedule.
- Ability to follow procedures and work under close supervision.
- Dependable, punctual, and safety‑focused.
- Ability to lift, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks required in a warehouse environment.
