Production Lead 2nd Shift
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Lead for the 2nd Shift. The role involves operating multiple pieces of production line equipment, assembling and disassembling production line equipment, and coordinating labor on food production lines under the guidance of supervisors and managers.
Responsibilities
- Operate and manage multiple pieces of production line equipment across various areas.
- Assemble and disassemble production line equipment as required.
- Document downtime, setting changes, and materials used during production runs.
- Train, explain, and answer questions for production line employees.
- Communicate effectively with various levels of leadership.
- Ensure adherence to company procedures for safety, quality, and production.
- Lead assembly and disassembly of production line equipment.
Essential Skills
- 2 years of manufacturing production experience within food manufacturing.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 6 months of leadership experience supervising 10-30 employees.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous food industry experience preferred.

Work Environment
The position requires working the 2nd Shift from 3:30 pm to 12 am (midnight). The role involves working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, where adherence to safety and quality standards is essential.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
