Production Manager
This is a Production Manager role in a 24/7 specialty chemical manufacturing facility with a company that has multiple plants across the United States and overseas. The main production processes use distillation and hydrogenation. The role consists of supervising up to 20 people over 4 shifts. 50% of the time you will be responsible for troubleshooting and correcting plant issues, 30% will be planning plant optimizations, and the other 20% will be completing administrative work such as work orders and schedules.
You can expect an influx of cash for optimizations to be incoming as this plant was just purchased by a new company.
