We are looking for a Full-time Production Supervisor – 3x8. Attached to the Production Manager, you organize, pilot, and optimize the production activity of your production perimeter. You manage the field teams, ensure coordination with support functions, and actively contribute to continuous improvement and the overall performance of the factory, in compliance with the requirements of Safety, Quality, Costs, and Deadlines.

- Pilotage and Organization of Production
- Organize, plan, follow, and control the production activity of the factory.
- Ensure the reliability of production documents and control their completeness by the teams.
- Ensure fluid and effective communication towards the different stakeholders (Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, Utilities, IT, etc).
- Lead production meetings, analyze discrepancies, identify causes of delays, and pilot associated action plans.
- Implement the necessary actions to improve industrial performance.
- Optimization of the Production Tool and Industrial Performance
- Ensure the proper functioning of production equipment (settings, format changes, malfunction diagnostics…).
- Define and coordinate the necessary interventions on the lines in conjunction with maintenance.
- Write service requests and contribute to the prioritization of corrective actions in case of breakdown.
- Ensure, in the absence of the Maintenance Manager, the correct execution of the defined schedule.
- Be a force of proposal on technical improvements and small equipment investments.
- Report to the Maintenance Manager any anomalies, risks, or issues requiring a decision.
- Contribute to the creation, evolution, and implementation of production operating procedures.
- Lead short-term projects by animating project teams and monitoring performance indicators.
- Management and Development of Teams
- Supervise, animate, and rally the production teams on a daily basis.
- Participate in recruitments, conduct annual interviews, and identify training needs.
- Develop skills, organize the transfer of know-how, and accompany the evolution of employees.
- Contribute to the skill development of teams and the sharing of best practices.
- Manage the administration of your team's personnel (hours, absences).
- Welcome, integrate, and train new employees and temporary workers.
- Embody and carry the BCOS principles: accountability, standards, piloting routines, continuous improvement.
- Ensure the application of HSE and Quality rules in your perimeter.
- Ensure the safety of people, equipment, and internal or external interventions (PPE, prevention plans, work permits).
- Detect, alert, and address any anomalies related to food risk and ensure strict application of Quality procedures (HACCP, GMP, CCP).
Your profile:
Operator experienced with at least 10 years of experience in industrial production, or Bac +2 (production management, technical field) with 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally agro-food. Confirmed experience in managing field teams and performance piloting. Mastery of Quality and Safety principles (HACCP, GMP, HSE). Proficiency with industrial management and IT tools (Office Pack, SAP, GMAO/GPAO).
Field leadership, organizational skills, analytical mind, proactivity, and taste for challenge.
