Production Lead 2nd Shift

- Operate and oversee multiple pieces of production line equipment in a food manufacturing setting.
- Lead assembly and disassembly of production equipment to support production runs.
- Coordinate team activities, including training and guiding 10–30 employees.
- Track and document downtime, material usage, and equipment changes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production standards.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Work 2nd shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM) in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX 78235.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
