Now Hiring:
Entry/Mid-Level Material Planner
Schedule: Onsite Mon-Fri 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM (eventually transitioning to 4/10s Mon-Thurs)
We’re hiring a Materials Planner to support production at a manufacturing facility that builds Class 6–8 commercial trucks and EVs
. This role helps ensure the right materials are available at the right time to keep production running smoothly.
- Plan, schedule, and track materials through the production cycle
- Determine material needs based on production and engineering schedules
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, and engineering teams
- Maintain accurate bills of material (BOMs) and part data in enterprise systems
- Support material movement and resolve shortages or issues
- Bachelor’s degree (no experience required) OR 2+ years of planning/purchasing experience
- Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing plant environment
