Job Title
Day to Day:
- Work at a repair table where automated conveyors bring damaged pallets directly to your station
- Use pneumatic nail guns, pry bars, hammers, powered saws, and other hand tools throughout the shift
- Remove broken or defective boards from wooden pallets
- Cut, replace, and secure new boards and blocks onto pallets
- Flip pallets over, inspect for quality, and ensure they meet standards
- Push repaired pallets back onto the conveyor line
- Work in a production-driven environment repairing pallets continuously throughout the shift
- Production goal of approximately 244 pallets per day after training period
- Pallets weigh approximately 70-75 lbs.
- Typically takes 5-6 weeks to ramp up to production expectations
