The schedule for this position is:
Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm or until work is completed. Saturdays rotation for overtime. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
- Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Consistently lift 50 pounds throughout the shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds; may require team lifts or mechanical equipment for commercial tires.
- When working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires, exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
- Work at heights up to 25 feet safely while operating equipment.
- Remain on the move, on feet for extended periods, and work overtime as needed.
- Contribute to safety culture, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments (ecomm, inventory, etc.) based on business needs.
- Perform any other job‑related tasks and follow instructions provided by the supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

During duties, employees must be qualified in visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely. Frequently lift products weighing up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds, and sometimes exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Commercial tires (e.g., rolling, destacking, team lifting) require team lifts or mechanical equipment.
Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, self‑retracting lifeline. All equipment, except steel/composite toe boots, is provided by U.S. Auto Force. Team members must adhere to safety and manufacturing guidelines for protective equipment usage.
Work environment may expose employees to weather conditions as present at the time. Noise level is usually moderate. Fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants may be present.
QUALIFICATIONS- Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
- 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently, occasionally up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
- Ability to work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
- Compliance with all company safety policies, state and federal transportation regulations, and manufacturing guidelines.
- Forklift certification.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Teamwork skills.
- Successful completion of pre‑employment drug test (non‑THC/Marijuana).
