We are looking for a Production Woodworker to craft premium custom doors for a leading national manufacturer, offering competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive, growth-focused workshop environment.
Responsibilities- Read and interpret drawings and work orders to understand project requirements
- Measure, cut, shape, and finish wood and related materials to specifications
- Assemble and install custom components such as doors, frames, and fixtures
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
- Assist with and support other production areas as needed
- Experienced working as a carpenter/woodworker (required)
- Previous door installation experience (plus)
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic math
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and installation methods
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions
- Know how to operate a forklift (plus)
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Monday – Friday
- 7 AM – 4 PM
- Occasional Saturdays as needed
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including early start times (6 AM) or staying until 5 PM, based on production needs
- $17 /Hour
