We are seeking a dependable Associate I, Production Operations to support overnight operations at one of our card production facilities
. This entry‑level role supports routine, process-driven production activities in a secure, high-volume environment. The position is ideal for someone comfortable with repetitive work, attention to detail, and following established procedures.
Support day‑to‑day production operations within a card manufacturing environment.
Assist with production processes related to the creation of credit and debit cards.
Monitor workflows and ensure production tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Perform routine, repetitive production tasks following established procedures.
Identify and elevate standard production issues using defined resolution paths.
Perform basic troubleshooting under supervision.
Maintain quality, security, and compliance standards at all times.
Complete basic documentation and reporting related to production activities.
Communicate routine information requiring little explanation or interpretation.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Either Monday–Wednesday or Thursday–Saturday
Ability to work in a structured, secure, production‑driven environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Dependable, punctual, and able to follow standard procedures.
Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
Willingness to work overnight shifts.
Ability to work under close supervision and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
