Production Worker - Trimmer Cook Plant

Direct Source Meats is now hiring for Trimmer at the Cook Plant.

Established in 2001, DSM's raw plant is a 30,000 square foot USDA facility that specializes in the further processing of beef, chicken and pork for both retail and food service markets. DSM also includes a state of the art, 60,000 square foot cook plant.

This position is responsible for trimming/cutting various cuts of meats using a hand knife or whizard knife. Must be proficient in using hand knives and be comfortable with wet and cold conditions. The schedule is Monday–Friday from 7:30 am until finished. Starting pay: $15.75/hr.

• Trim/cut various cuts of meats using a hand knife or whizard knife.

• Applicable candidates must pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical.

• Starting pay: $15.75/hr.
• $500 sign-on bonus (Limited Time): $250 after 90 days and $250 after 180 days of employment.
