Position Title: Entry Manufacturing Laborer-Night Shift (Bonus Eligible)
Pay Rate: $21.15 per hour during probation.
Category/Shift: C Crew

Schedule:
Hourly Full-Time (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). Week 1:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday. Week 2:
Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Orientation/Training:
Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM (first 2 weeks).

- Follow all safety rules and procedures.
- Help singlefacer and double backer operators prepare rolls for splices and order changes.
- Perform other corrugator crew member duties during break periods, as needed.
- Work with other associate(s) to change corrugator flute rolls when roll changes are needed.
- Assist other crew members with daily cleaning of the machine.
- Assist in daily emptying of all waste containers in the corrugator department.
- Train on and learn all corrugator crew positions to be able to perform those jobs during vacation, call‑in, and other absence situations.
- Help clean singlefacers when they are not in operation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Counting and stacking finished product.
- Reading factory orders.
- Able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Sound decision‑making capabilities when faced with competing priorities.
- Flexibility.
- Willingness to learn.
- Basic math skills.
- Recommended status on AON Basic Operation Skills Assessment.
- Prefer minimum 6 months experience in a manufacturing type environment.
- Verifiable stable work history.
- Read, write, speak English.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hearing protection, safety glasses, gloves, and safety toe shoes.
