Compounding Feedstock Operator

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Feedstock Operator to support material flow between the compounding and molding departments while ensuring quality, organization, and production efficiency. • Issue and transfer feedstock materials between the compounding and molding departments using FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices and ERP systems
• Transport, grind, identify, and organize production runners and regrind materials to support manufacturing operations while preventing material mix-ups
• Operate production equipment safely while monitoring material flow and following work instructions, quality standards, and production procedures
• Inspect raw materials and finished products using measuring tools and visual inspections to ensure quality specifications are met
• Assist with machine setup, basic equipment maintenance, inventory organization, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Record production data accurately and communicate equipment or production concerns to supervisors as needed
• Support continuous production by following safety procedures, quality standards, and established manufacturing processes

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred
• Experience using ERP systems, inventory management practices, or FIFO processes is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written work instructions and maintain accurate production records
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to safely operate production equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, carry, and move material bins weighing up to 45 pounds throughout the shift
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and maintaining an organized work environment
• Must pass a drug screen and background check

Monday – Friday 2PM – 10:30PM
Pay Rate: $14/Hour
