Assembly Team Lead - Night Shift

Production Team Lead

Are you a hands-on leader who knows how to keep production running smoothly while supporting your team on the floor? We're hiring a Production Team Lead for a manufacturing facility where quality, consistency, and leadership make all the difference!

• Lead production teams during your shift to meet daily output and quality goals
• Monitor processes, machine parameters, and production flow to ensure consistency
• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to materials, equipment, or production quality
• Track production data, maintain documentation, and support quality standards (ISO/TS systems)
• Coordinate with production planning to ensure schedules and processes are followed correctly
• Promote safety, organization, and 5S practices across the production floor

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production lead/supervisory role required
• Strong understanding of quality standards, process control, or SPC (preferred)
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and support team performance
  
  Comfortable working overnight shifts and in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word) and ability to handle reporting/documentation
• Must pass a background check and drug test

• PM Shift: 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM
• Week 1:
  Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun
• Week 2:
  Mon, Thu, Fri

• $22 / H Hour
