Tool and Die Technician

We’re hiring a Tooling & Die Technician who can take ownership of builds, ensure precision during assembly, and support tooling performance from start to production. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-driven, mechanically skilled, and confident working with measurements, inspections, and equipment to deliver quality results every time.

• Assembling molds and tooling components to ensure proper shut-off and no defects during trials
• Operating grinding and manual milling machines to manufacture and rework tool components
• Inspecting tooling using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other precision instruments
• Troubleshooting tooling issues during production and making necessary repairs or adjustments
• Performing preventative maintenance and replacing worn or damaged tool components
• Supporting tool trials, ensuring quality standards are met before releasing to production

• 2+ years of experience in tooling, mold assembly, or grinding required (MIM or similar environment preferred)
• Strong understanding of precision measurement tools and inspection techniques
• Experience operating grinding machines and manual machining equipment
• Ability to read drawings, follow specifications, and maintain tight tolerances
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a manufacturing environment
• Must be able to pass background check and drug test

• Monday – Friday
• 10 AM – 6 PM
• Potential overtime and weekends when required based on business needs
