Position: MACHINE OPERATOR in San Antonio

Job Title:

Machine Operator

Schedule:

Full-time, with potential overtime. Shift work (days, evenings, or weekends) may be required depending on production needs. Pay Rate: $13.00-$15.25 (depends on schedule and shift).

  • Monday‑Friday (8‑hr shifts): 6:15 am–2:45 pm (1st Shift)
  • Monday‑Friday (8‑hr shifts): 2:45 pm–11:15 pm (2nd Shift)
  • Monday‑Friday (8‑hr shifts): 9:45 pm–6:15 am (3rd Shift)
  • Centennial 12‑hr shifts: AM 6:30 am–6:30 pm (3 days M/T/H/F; 4 days T/W/S/S)
  • Centennial 12‑hr shifts: PM 6:30 pm–6:30 am (3 days M/T/H/F; 4 days T/W/S/S)
Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail‑oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will operate machinery and ensure the efficient and safe manufacturing of high‑quality parts, maintaining safety standards throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Must have at least 6 months of experience as an industrial machine operator.
  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery according to company standards.
  • Inspect products for defects and report any issues to supervisors or quality control teams.
  • Adhere to schedule and meet productivity goals.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor mechanical issues.
  • Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Safety

    This role involves working around equipment that produces electromagnetic fields. Individuals with certain medical devices or metal implants (such as pacemakers) may be  ability to safely work around this equipment is an essential job requirement. Employment eligibility will be determined based on a safety assessment. If a candidate is unable to safely perform this role, other suitable opportunities may be explored.
