• Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines.
• Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.
• Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
• Manages, develops and motivates employees.
• Ability to travel in support of Field Team activities/work.
• Ability to work daily & weekend overtime as required.
• FAA P145 Repair Station.

• At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temporary manager, large‑scale cross‑functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
• 5+ years of experience working with aircraft maintenance and/or modifications.
• 1+ year of experience prioritizing multiple electrical projects in support of key milestones and aircraft delivery schedules.
• Willing and able to work variable shift.
• Valid FAA A&P License.

• 747 (‑2) aircraft experience.

Competitive base pay in the range of $111,350 – $137,650, with variable compensation opportunities. Pay is based on experience, qualifications, market and business considerations.

Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. A “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.62 (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) is required.

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.

Requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance; U.S. citizenship is required. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance post‑start is required.
