. The position is expected to be 100% onsite and may be worked at one of the listed location options.
- Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines.
- Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.
- Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
- Manages, develops and motivates employees.
- Ability to travel in support of Field Team activities/work.
- Ability to work daily & weekend overtime as required.
- FAA P145 Repair Station.
- At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temporary manager, large‑scale cross‑functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
- 5+ years of experience working with aircraft maintenance and/or modifications.
- 1+ year of experience prioritizing multiple electrical projects in support of key milestones and aircraft delivery schedules.
- Willing and able to work variable shift.
- Valid FAA A&P License.
- 747 (‑2) aircraft experience.
Successful candidates must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Total Rewards & Pay TransparencyCompetitive base pay in the range of $111,350 – $137,650, with variable compensation opportunities. Pay is based on experience, qualifications, market and business considerations.

Security ClearanceRequires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance; U.S. citizenship is required. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance post‑start is required.
