Operate multiple pieces of production line equipment across different areas during the 2nd shift.;
Lead and participate in the assembly and disassembly of production line equipment as required by shift assignment.;
Arrange and coordinate labor on food production lines to meet production goals and maintain workflow.;
Document production downtime, machine setting changes, and materials used during production runs accurately and in a timely manner.;
Train production line employees on proper procedures, equipment operation, and best practices.
