Requirements
- Direct the day‑to‑day work for a small team, provide support and guidance, ensure product and/or process quality and conformance.
- Mentor in the position, trains other technicians on correct use of tools and complex processes.
- Possesses an extensive toolbox and experience on proper use of Air Drills, Rivet guns, Routers, Cleco pliers, Clecos, Microstop Countersinks, Rivet squeezers, pencil grinders.
- High school diploma/GED
- Minimum 3-6 years related manufacturing and/or installation experience, or
- Minimum 2-5 years related aerospace manufacturing and/or installation experience.
