Stratus is seeking a Production Master Scheduler for our San Antonio facility. You will own and optimize the plant-wide master production schedule, balancing capacity, demand, and material readiness to ensure on-time delivery.
You will lead cross-functional planning with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Leadership, using Lean principles to minimize lead times and waste while improving throughput across multiple work centers. This role is onsite and central to manufacturing excellence.
