Packaging Operator (Full-time) - Day Shift

Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies, and procedures.
SHIFT/SCHEDULEThis role operates on the 1st shift, with a schedule of Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM.
ONBOARDING SCHEDULETo ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
- Accurately measure and scale ingredients
- Complete quality checks and record data
- Keep your work area clean
- Follow safety rules, SOP’s and cGMP guidelines
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift
- Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)
- Comfortable using computers or tablets
- Able to read, write, and understand English
- Basic math and mechanical understanding
- Strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented and dependable
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
