• Manage daily activities of the production line(s) and ensure products meet Niagara’s standards of safety, quality, and throughput.
• Accurately complete applicable quality and production reports hourly.
• Inspect products physically and visually to detect non‑conforming goods.
• Report all quality defects to team members and shift leadership.
• Adhere to safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations, and maintain high standards of company and plant safety.
• Follow Niagara’s Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards at all times.
• Maintain housekeeping in production and other areas assigned by plant leadership.
• Maintain appropriate level of raw materials to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot minor production line issues and perform relief duties as required.
• Ensure regular and predictable attendance.
• Work 12‑hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule or as dictated by production demand.

• Minimum 0 years experience in a manufacturing environment or related field.
• Minimum 0 years experience in a comparable position.
• Minimum 0 years experience managing people or projects.
• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED required;
  Associate’s Degree preferred.
