Capitol Aggregates, a division of Zachry, is seeking a System III Operator to prepare and operate raw and finish mill equipment in the cement manufacturing process. This role collaborates with the Control Room to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous plant operations.
You will monitor equipment, conduct inspections, report malfunctions, assist with maintenance, and uphold MSHA safety standards. A high school diploma and 3+ years in a cement plant are required.
