Senior Operator (Full-time) - Evening Shift

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM.

Onboarding

Schedule:

A structured 4–5 day onboarding program, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, to be completed during the first week.

Position Summary: As a Senior Operator, you will lead complex manufacturing tasks, ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently while collaborating across teams. You will help bring trusted products to life and grow a culture of respect, teamwork, and a shared commitment to excellence in the Mogul Department.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, clean, operate, and maintain equipment and machinery.
• Monitor and control process parameters to meet safety and quality standards.
• Perform in‑process checks and quality inspections.
• Accurately scale and measure ingredients.
• Complete data entry using paper forms, computers, or tablets.
• Collaborate across departments to meet production goals.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory setting preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.

Skills:

• Understanding of basic manufacturing equipment and inventory processes.
• Comfortable using computers, tablets, and other digital tools.
• Basic math skills and mechanical understanding.
• Team‑oriented and dependable.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
• Flexible to work overtime based on business needs.
