• Process Design and Improvement

  Develop and refine manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Equipment Management
  :
  Design, install, and maintain manufacturing equipment and tools.
• Collaboration

  Work with cross‑functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless operations.
• Quality Control
  :
  Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to meet product specifications and regulatory standards.
• Cost Analysis
  :
  Evaluate production costs and recommend strategies for cost reduction.
• Safety and Compliance
  :
  Ensure all processes comply with safety and other regulations.
• Documentation
  :
  Maintain detailed records of processes, equipment, and operational guidelines.
• Troubleshooting
  :
  Address and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
• Training
  :
  Educate staff on new equipment, processes, and safety protocols.
• Project Management
  :
  Lead initiatives to introduce new technologies or optimize existing systems.

We are a 46‑year‑old mid‑sized engineering / manufacturing company. We design, fabricate and sell safety test equipment (test instruments) to protect personnel in the oil and gas industry. We sell and support products into 50+ markets globally.
