Our site in Colorado Springs, Rockrimmon, CO is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I to join our team. This role is a critical part of FOUP assembly.

• Perform injection molding part inspections.
• Collaborate with the Setup and Engineering team to communicate part defects.
• Acquire basic knowledge of part inspection and identifying quality defects per documentation.
• Apply basic understanding of 5S principles.
• Complete passdown.
• Maintain foundational knowledge of clean procedures and receive training in programming RFID in ISO 5.
• Identify and troubleshoot foundational FOUP discrepancies.
• Understand different FOUP configurations and respective assembly instructions.
• Create and maintain a safe working environment.

• HS degree or GED.
• 0-2 years of related manufacturing experience.
• Attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
• Hand‑eye coordination.
• Basic computer skills.
• Quality mindset.
• Good communication and ability to follow directions.

• Hourly compensation $19‑$22 (actual pay depends on overall skill set).
