What You’ll Be DoingIn this role, you will:
- Set up, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC Swiss machines for production
- Read, interpret, and make adjustments to CNC programs as needed
- Assist machine operators in resolving production issues and improving machine performance
- Select and optimize tooling to maximize precision, tool life, and efficiency
- Read blueprints and job layouts to ensure accurate setups
- Verify part quality using precision measuring equipment
- Collaborate with process engineers to improve cycle times, quality, and overall manufacturing efficiency
- Help maintain consistent production while meeting quality and delivery requirements
