Packaging Operator Day Shift

Shift/Schedule

This role operates on the 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.

Structured 4–5 day onboarding program typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the first week.

As a Manufacturing Operator, you’ll help make world‑class products behind the brands everyone knows and loves. This entry‑level role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients
• Complete quality checks and record data
• Keep work area clean
• Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout shift

• Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)
• Comfortable using computers or tablets
• Able to read, write, and understand English
• Basic math and mechanical understanding
• Strong attention to detail
• Team‑oriented and dependable
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens

Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures.
