Manufacturing Production Partner III

As a Manufacturing Production Partner III, you'll serve as part of the operational team that strives to achieve superior business results through self-manufactured products. Key responsibilities include maintaining total process ownership to ensure optimum condition of manufacturing processes and equipment, performing product handling to convert raw material into finished goods, and ensuring product quality control to comply with product specifications. Depending on the plant, machine operation may include advanced-level operation, production setup, changeover, cleaning, and troubleshooting of various equipment.

Additionally, you will pack finished goods into shipping units, palletize shipping units, operate a forklift, and communicate with Transportation/Warehousing. You will also unload trailers of raw material, maintain inventory control, and close out invoices. The role requires HS Diploma or GED, certifications in team skills, technical working knowledge of equipment, and strong communication and organization skills.
